This is a pretty basic and effect code for an RTS Camera...
there is also the begining of a building routine, however i never chose to finish it.

Actually been floating around for a while, however this is the original... it isn't clean, it isn't extremely nice or easi to use - however it is a great base for your own!
althought i've not tested it, i have rebuilt someparts according to current DBpro bugs and should work without trouble by just remarking TnL.

the code is quite odd, i think they've changed the mousemove setup and the old values arn't stored properly - funny how it compiled fine but you add anything it ceases to work :? oh well guess i can figure something out later
