There is in sure loads of resource for shaders.

And plenty on here. The DLC pack of shaders and some work by fubarpk who has got some good shader coding. Just put Shader in the search here to get some inspiration.
Or maybe use Perkin noise to do algorithmically - there is some on here on Perkin noise too.
With regret, I haven't got a laptop to do any coding myself at the moment to help further.
