Anyone have the slightest idea why I can't change the dep configuration every time I try to change the settings for any program it gives me the same message

iirc I disconnected physically for obvious reason and then I turned UAC off to do this, did it, then put UAC back on, could be wrong though as it was years ago but certainly worth a shot I think
