Ok I have finally decided to release how I did the track code for DarkGT to everyone.

I will work on a little tutorial and post it here when it is done.

The code will be for use in DB mainly but will work in DBP too.

I am sure this will make many people happy.

That's incredibly generous Richard, nice one.

Perhaps you could upload it to the codebase or something too, save you having to email it to everyone once this topic falls off page 1.

yeah sounds like a good idea - one thing i'm interested in is how you actually textured the track to make the roads curved...ie. what program did you use etc.

@ Robin, All the models for Derk GT are done in Lightwave although the way its done is not specific to Lightwave and could be applied to any 3D package.
