For people without a Mac, this might be useful, although it doesn't solve all the problems.

I hear today about this service called MacInCloud, which is basically a virtual hosting service where you access a Mac computer from your Windows. The price is ok for few hours, and maybe it worth for those who just want to try something before investing on a Mac computer.

Great find, I have sent them an email asking about whether iOS development is permitted and how good their security model is.

I hope it is possible, so PC users could do all development on PC, then rent few hours to pack/sign the application for AppStore using this service.
