Hi, is XNA support in TGC roadmap. It would be great to be able to deploy apps to XBox Indie marketplace.

Thanks

In various other posts TGC said XNA will come next year. However i don't know if it will be xna for mobile phones or for xbox, or are they both the same?

If they can compile a player app using Visual studio like they currently do, then it's most definitely possible to compile the player for an xbox 360.

The xbox system is more or less an cut down version of windows powered by direct x.

I would want an player for psp and ps3 also as they already is open gl systems.

The main problem there is well that the dev license is expensive ?

As far as I know, Windows phone are all silverlight based... Not 100% sure about that though. The advantage about XBox indie channel is that it is more accessible - I believe it is about $100/year, and I've seen an increasing attention about Indie games.

PSP and PS3 Minis doesn't seem to be as easy as xbox to get published.

i have just attended a windows phone dev lecture by microsoft last week.

you can develop win phone apps using silverlight & c# or games using xna and c#

The current XNA download includes templates for Windows Phone apps, and there are quite a few sample apps and games available for the platform.
