I am confused about it... we have access to tier 1 and 2 in both editions? erm the one for under ?100?

The current community edition allows access to both tiers ,but i dont know how long it will stay at that price .

So we basically always have access to both tiers provided we dont earn higher than the mentioned amount... and we should always have access to tier 2... its a bit like DGDK? only venture there if you know C++ kind of thing right?

Tier 2 is a little like Dark GDK and is ideal for C++ developers.
