No Cursor or Icon changes in Tier 1 as yet. You can hack out the old icon from the executable using a suitable icon editing program, but the cursor is a standard Windows offering. We want to discourage the use of the Windows cursor pointer as it is very proprietary. We will likely have a HideMouse command soon and allow you to substitute the coordinate with your own sprite which tracks the mouse pointer in real-time allowing you to prepare a cursor of any size and shape
