I have two requests after purchasing this very promising product.

1) Get a new sales system. Why am I waiting for staff to check my order? This is online people. It should all be instant. 24 hours is too long to wait I wanna play now

2) Move outside the EU. That 20% vat is a pain in the gicker. Move to Thailand or South Korea. I hear the weather is nice this time of year and us EU saps wont have to pay $15 extra

I agree, their circa 1995 manual approval system is for the birds. It was pretty funny though, I received the email announcing the release this morning at 8:24AM PST, placed an order at 9:17AM PST and apparently have to wait 24 hours for it to be processed. Why would they send an email out announcing this at the end of their workday?

Also, I was wondering why wouldn't they staff up and stay late to process their orders on launch day? I am getting antsy too!
