Since I have pre-ordered maybe as something to tide us over until the 15th so we can dig in on day 1 is a Manual or Command Reference Guide so we can start learning the language/commands now?

Mike just published the first run of the documentation. (Thanks Mike)
So, anyone who has pre-ordered should check their email for the download link and password needed to unlock the zip.
