Hi,this funtion will control all of your objects RTS style. It has attacking, health system, moving, and all of that good stuff. PLEASE tell me how it is!

Hmm, i massuming that this is DBPro source? I dont think ive ever seen a command like character(f).moving in DBC before...

Cant say much about it, cos its just the plain function. So I cant see if and how it is working.
Better make a little demo out of it (with defining the character-type and assigning values to it.)
And post it again, maybe with a little screenie

Ok, I couln't get you screen shots, but this is a RTS demo with just plane units, not land. I will post out this again once it has gotten better. It needs a water image, a grass image, a fire image, 2 exploding sounds, and some kind of plane object(from DARK MATTER or DARK MATTER 2), and a circle image. This shows the funtion in use with a program.

character(f).moving

'Tis not a command, just a UDT a fancy array!

Yep David89, that is correct! I should of mentioned earlier, it is a fancy array. I just would rather use it instead of complete arrays so that my program will be easier to understand.

how about making an exe out of it for us without darkmatter?

Hmmm, those TYPE names look familiar. I wonder where I've seen them before.
Posted: 25th Oct 2003 19:51
I was going to mention that, Phaelax. But I thought Id better keep it quiet. Just in case.

I'm really sorry about that Phaelax
Posted: 29th Oct 2003 19:34
