With issue 100 of the newsletter setting the release date for the AppGameKit at July 2011 when will we be able to pre-order it (or buy an early adapter)?

Will those who pre-order it be able to get their hands on an early beta version?

If it's an electronic download, why not just wait 'till it comes out and then order?

EDIT: unless it's because of the early beta version mentioned above.

The reasons I would preorder would be a possible discount and access to a beta version of the program before it is released. This way I could start programming with it before the final release.
