So I was looking at this thread: http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=89364&b=1

And I figure that means I'm going to have to UV map, then re-place the texture in DarkBasic Pro. The question is, how do I reapply a texture in DBP and keep the original UV map settings from my 3D Modeller?

Bumping, I'm not a very experienced programmer. Sure, I know DBP, but I haven't ever completed a game. :/

Some more information would have been helpful, like which 3d modeller you are using and into which format you are exporting.
If the model has been already been unwrapped export it into the .x file format. The UV map information will be exported with the mesh. You might want to apply an empty material to your object before exporting and just reapply the texture inside DBPro.
After you have succesfully exported your object, load the object, the textures and apply the shader.

I was just going to start a new thread about this before my forum instincts told me to do a search, and i found someone who has my EXACT same problem!
My modelling is done in c4d, UV based texture comes out all weird when i load it into dbp so i need to know how to keep the original UV settings when i load it into dbp.
Thankks.
