Hi, it's me from the first model request. So, since you eliminated the organic models, could you make me the winchester rifle??
Here are some good ideas of what it looks like:

If you already started on a different one then that is fine, but if you havn't could you go with this rifle? It looks fun to make

Don't worry, i'll add the windows after you say yes, if it is the type you want.

Xsnip3rX - that looks great. As long as everything on the base looked like they belong or in the same time period would be my biggest concern. Other then that, have fun with it.

Thank you again for creating this.

yeah, I knew about the included chain gun, but it looks like crap (no offense to whoever made it), I suppose whoever made it only intended it to be used in a few demo programs.

Cash, I intend to learn to make models, but right now I have no money to afford any quality modeling programs. I'm a programmer, not a modeler (just yet). Just because a game is made using primitives does NOT mean that the game is any less entertaining, and the experience is every bit as valuable (because if someone is more occupied with making their game pretty, chances are they are spending less time making sure their code is as well.)
In the commercial world, there are people hired specifically to make models, and people to write code. One could spend 2 years making beautiful models, but when it comes down to it, they have only actually completed a basic pong game. so in other words, Models don't have any merit in the playabillity of a game. Only once someone is fully capable of programming a 3d game (worthy of spending so much time modeling for it), should they worry about what it looks like.

You are obviously a knowledgeable asset to this community and I'm not arguing with your statement (because I do need to learn), but one shouldn't be so hasty making such remarks.
